
		Health Clinics & Services Pre-Schools \| Primary Schools \| Women's Health Nurse \| Secondary Schools The Community Health Nurse, is located at Health Promotion (73 Beveridge St., Swan Hill) and provide * Well Women's Clinic * Pap smear, breast examination, diaphragm fitting, family planning and sexual health advice, urine test and pregnancy test * Health Clinic * Check's for cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure, urine test, height and weight * Diabetes Nurse Education Services Individual and group education on diabetes, monitoring and management. Ph: 03 5033 9337 to make an appointment. A Diabetes Clinic is also provided in partnership with local Doctors. The clinic involves individual patient review with a Dietitian, Podiatrist, Diabetes Educator and the patients regular Doctor. This service is available by contacting your local Doctor. The clinic is held in the Outpatient Area of the hospital. A six week Men's Health Program called 'Men of the Mallee' run by the Health Promotion Department and other health professionals on a regular basis in the Community Rehabilitation Centre.
