An exciting career opportunity now exists for a committed individual to join our Adult Day Services team to assist with programs and activities which support older adults living in the community to plan and participate in appropriate social and recreational activities.
The position is for a full time Traineeship for a fixed term contract of twelve months in the first instance and will also require the completion of the Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance within this 12 month period, .for which appropriate paid study time will be provided. Payment will be in accordance with the National Training Wage Award 2000.
The successful candidate will have a genuine liking and concern for older adults, well developed communication and group skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Completion of Year 12 preferred although candidates who have completed Years 10/11 will be considered
